Obviously, there is no Grand Canyon at Arches. However, I saw this surprising view from the east side of the North and South Window. It is very different than most of the landscape at Arches and reminded me strongly of the Grand Canyon.

The North and South Window area is very close to Double Arch which is in another photo in this section. They are accessed by an easy hike.
