Goblin Valley State Park is in Utah 24 miles south of I-70 on Highway 24. Turn at Temple Mountain junction, follow signs 12 miles to park. As you can see from my photos, it has very unusual formations, even for the Southwest. This isn't really a hike - it is more like wandering among the "goblins". They can provide a great location for hide and seek if you have children along. Little Wild Horse Canyon is a couple miles away. This is a beautiful slot canyon worth exploring while you are in the area. | |
