Watchman Trail - Highly recommended. This hike leaves from the Zion Visitor Center; goes south along the Virgin River for a short distance and then begins to climb. It is a fairly easy hike - less than 3 miles round trip with approximately 400' elevation gain, although it feels like more than that especially when you are looking down at the valley. When you get to the top, there is a loop trail with a 360° panorama and stunning views of the surrounding cliffs and the lower Zion Canyon. This is a great hike to take in the late afternoon/early evening when the sun is reflecting off the cliffs.
